About me

My name is Joseph Villegas founder of Clean Tech Wizards.


I was born and raised in the Bronx, New York. I’m Hispanic, and this community is part of who I am. I’ve lived the struggle. I’ve seen neighborhoods ignored, buildings neglected, and families forced to live in conditions that don’t reflect the value of the people inside them.

I know what it feels like to come from areas where people are expected to settle for less.


That’s one of the reasons I created Clean Tech Wizards.

This company is bigger than cleaning to me. It’s about restoring pride, improving health, creating opportunity, and bringing high-level sanitation services into communities that are often overlooked.

I’ve spent years studying professional cleaning systems, sanitation technologies, hygiene-focused cleaning methods, steam cleaning, UV-C support technologies, and contamination reduction strategies.


I continue to invest in professional training and industry education through organizations like ISSA because I believe our communities deserve professional-grade service — not shortcuts.

Too many people think cleaning is “just cleaning.”

It’s not.


A properly cleaned and sanitized environment can improve:

  • Safety
  • Mental well-being

  • Quality of life

That’s why I approach this industry differently.

At Clean Tech Wizards, we focus on:

But more importantly, we focus on people.

I’m not some big corporation looking at neighborhoods like numbers on a spreadsheet. I’m from these communities. I walk these streets. I understand what our neighborhoods truly need because I lived it myself.

And I believe low-income and urban communities deserve the same level of high-end sanitation, professionalism, and care as luxury buildings downtown.


Cleanliness should never be a privilege.

It should be a standard.

Our Community Mission

Clean Tech Wizards was built to clean spaces — but also to help rebuild lives.

One of my biggest goals is creating real opportunities for:

  • Young adults
  • Teenagers
  • Adults trying to restart their lives
  • Individuals returning home from prison
  • People searching for stable career paths
  • Elderly residents who need support maintaining healthy living spaces


The cleaning industry is growing rapidly and continues to generate billions of dollars every year. These careers are essential. They are recession-resistant, needed everywhere, and will always matter because people will always need healthy, safe, and maintained environments.

But many training programs fail people. They place students in classrooms, show a few videos, hand them paperwork, and send them out unprepared. That’s not what I want to build!!!


 I want hands-on training, Real experience,Real mentorship.


I want people to understand every aspect of professional cleaning:

  • Sanitation methods
  • Cross-contamination prevention
  • Commercial cleaning systems
  • Equipment usage
  • Steam technology
  • Surface care
  • Safety procedures
  • Professionalism

I want to help create careers — not temporary jobs.


I believe people from our communities deserve access to real skills that can help them support themselves, their families, and their future.

I also want to give back to our elderly communities by helping improve living conditions, sanitation standards, and neighborhood cleanliness in areas that are too often forgotten. Because when environments improve, people improve.

When neighborhoods are cleaner, safer, and healthier, communities grow stronger.


Clean Tech Wizards is not just a business to me.

It’s a mission rooted in community, opportunity, dignity, and restoration.

And this is only the beginning.

At Clean Tech Wizards, our mission goes beyond cleaning buildings. We believe every person deserves to live in a safe, healthy, and respected environment — especially in underserved communities where resources are limited and sanitation is often overlooked.


As a certified bacteria and germ removal specialist, I’ve seen firsthand how much proper cleaning, sanitation, and restoration can impact people’s health, confidence, and quality of life. My goal is not only to build a successful company, but to build something that gives back to the community that raised me.


We are working toward creating community support initiatives that provide:


• Sanitation supplies for families and seniors in need


• Cleaning and restoration support for struggling residents


• Youth opportunities, mentorship, and hands-on workforce training


• Community clean-up projects in neglected neighborhoods


• Equipment and protective gear to safely serve more people


• Emergency cleaning assistance for vulnerable individuals and families


Every donation  no matter the amount  helps us move closer to that mission. Whether it’s helping purchase commercial sanitation equipment, disinfecting supplies, protective gear, or supporting outreach efforts, your contribution directly impacts real people in our community.


This is bigger than cleaning.
